A week before Kendel’s wedding she did not have a dress! Due to a major dress malfunction, she needed to buy a new dress and fast!
“My Maid of Honour phoned Brides of Somerset and explained the situation. Averil accommodated me at 6pm as I had to finish work. That level of service and dedication to her clients is highly commendable and I am so grateful for it!
I walked in that evening and told her my story. She was extremely comforting and assured me that everything was going to work out.
With that we walked over to her beautiful collection of dresses and on the one mannequins was this brand new Nicole Spose gown. At first the style was not something I would have initially picked out for myself, but with 1 week to go before my wedding – I could not be fussy. I was ready to try on anything! It hugged my body in all the right places. I never thought I could fall in love with a dress like I did that day. It was GORGEOUS (oh my goodness I want to cry just thinking about it). Myself, Averil and my Maid of Honour were all filled with emotion. My mom then arrived and tears started flowing. I immediately said YES to the dress!
Then Averil worked her magic with all the alterations and I had my dress back to me in under 2 days. She has an incredible passion for what she does and it truly reflects in how she treats her clients.”
